I think I might really enjoy this blogging thing

How fun is this!!! I love blogging, can you believe it? I think I may really get addicted to this. Thanks to a lot of friends and family that are pro bloggers, I am starting to get it. Thank you guys for helping me. I learned about "Cutest Blog on the Block" web site for cute back grounds that are FREE, so that even makes it better. I found this football background and had to put it as our background for now in honor of Chad, the worlds biggest sports freek, and because of the super bowl this Sunday. Go Arizona Cardinals!!!!! Actually I could careless who wins or even about the game, but that is who Chad and the kids want. Hopefully I will get a great Sunday nap during the game. I am going to mess around more with my blog and hopefully post alot more pictures in the near future.

Sleeping on the stairs

Peyton has never been a very good sleeper and it's beginning to look like he may never be. I have had to get mad at him and tell him that I will have to make his room in the chicken coop outside. Then maybe I could get a good nights sleep!!!! The other night he would not stay in his bed and kept coming upstairs. I told him if I saw him one more time he was going to sleep with the chickens. I didn't see him for a while, so I went to check on him and found him asleep on the top of the stairs. What a little mess!!! I don't know what we are going to do with him. I hope he will grow out of it, but I thought he would have by the age of 4. Maybe 5 will be the magical number. We will all cross our fingers.

Tyus is in Scouts

Tyus is so excited to be in the scouting program. He turned 8 the end of December and has been going to scouts for a couple of weeks. He just had his first pack night and received his Bobcat award. I hope he stays this excited about the program until he is old enough to receive his Eagle Scout award.

Junior Rebels Basketball

Bailey and Tyus started Little League Basketball last Saturday. Tyus has to go every Saturday morning at 8:30 for a basketball clinic. He thinks he is old enough to be on a team and play games, but they have them do the clinic until they are in the 3rd grade. Next year he will be old enough to be on a team. Bailey's games are at 11:30 every Saturday morning. (I like that time so much better because everyone should be able to sleep in on Saturday mornings. What we do for our kids.) She is on a 5th and 6th grade team. She only has 5 on her team so they all had to play the whole game. That didn't stop them from working hard and winning their first game by 1 point. Good Job Bailey!!!!

Family Pictures

We were very pleased with the pictures we got taken. We had them taken on December 1st, in Randolph and you can see we still didn't have snow. That's amazing for around here, but we were also very grateful for the nice day when we were getting our pictures done.
